Questions
Frequently asked
Is there a free plan?+
Yes — every mockup works with no account and no payment. Free exports include a watermark and are capped at web resolution, except mockups marked Free, which download clean with a free account. Subscribing removes the watermark everywhere and unlocks full-resolution, print-ready downloads.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes, anytime, right from your account page — it opens Stripe's own billing portal, no email or phone call needed. You keep full access through the end of your current billing period; it simply won't renew after that.
If I cancel, do I lose exports I already made?+
No. Your design is processed entirely in your browser and never stored on our servers, so anything you've already downloaded is just a file on your computer — cancelling doesn't touch it. It only changes what happens on your next export, back to watermarked and web-resolution.
Will my price go up later?+
No. Subscribe now and your $9/month rate is locked in for as long as you stay subscribed, even if the price changes for new members later.
Can I use my exports commercially?+
Yes — the finished export, your design composited onto the mockup, is yours to use for any purpose, including commercial work. What's not included is reselling or redistributing our mockup photos on their own.
Can I put a video on a mockup?+
Yes, on phone and laptop mockups. Upload an MP4 instead of an image and it plays on the screen, with the same lighting and placement controls. Anyone can preview it; subscribers can download it as an MP4 (up to 60 seconds, sound included).
Is my uploaded design private?+
Yes — it's processed client-side in your browser and never uploaded to our servers at all, subscribed or not.
